I'm A Winner!

No, not the lottery.

I won an Arte Y Pico from HomeSlice!



I'm so chuffed! It's my first award ever. Well, aside from that first play poetry award in Grade 5 when the principal asked me if I'd made up Gar in order to finish a rhyme and I informed him, via references to the closest dictionary, that a gar was in fact a type of fish.

But, as an adult, this is my first win.

First off, I'd like to thank my readers. Without you dear people I would not exist as a writer and there would be no point to this blog. Your comments raise me up when I am feeling low, surprise and delight me and make me a smarter person. I have made some really wonderful friends through this blog and I'd like to thank all of you for my success!

I'd like to thank my husband and my children also, without whom I'd have very little to bitch write about.

I'd also like to thank Blogspot/Blogger/Google who provide this platform for free to me so that I may exercise my right to free speech and my innate right to bore others into a coma with incredibly cute photos of my children and ook them out with discussion of their and my various bodily functions.
